DEINE AUFGABEN

Du führst kreative UX/UI-Konzepte für Mobile Apps, Websites und digitale Produkte – vom ersten Scribble bis zum finalen Design
Du nutzt KI-Tools (z. B. zur Ideenfindung, Analyse, Testing, Prototyping) sinnvoll, verantwortungsvoll und effizient und hältst dich bei Trends und Tools kontinuierlich up to date
Du entwickelst anspruchsvolle User Experiences auf Basis von Sitemaps, Wireframes, Prototypen und User Journeys
Du gestaltest hochwertige, nutzerzentrierte und responsive Interfaces in Figma oder Sketch
Du entwickelst und orchestrierst Design-Systeme, Pattern Libraries und modulare Styleguides – und stellst deren konsistente Anwendung sicher
Du leitest kreative Reviews, coachst UX/UI Designer*innen und stellst hohe Designqualität sicher
Du arbeitest eng mit Strategie, Entwicklung und Projektmanagement in interdisziplinären und agilen Teams zusammen
Du planst und begleitest User-Testing-Prozesse – vom Konzept über Durchführung (auch KI-unterstützt) bis zur Auswertung
Du erstellst überzeugende Präsentationen und präsentierst deine Konzepte souverän intern wie extern beim Kunden

DEIN PROFIL

Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium oder eine fundierte Ausbildung im Kommunikations-, UI/UX-, Informations- oder Interaction Design
Du bringst mindestens 4–5 Jahre Erfahrung im UX/UI Design mit – idealerweise in digitalen Agenturen oder Produktteams
Du beherrschst gängige Design- und Prototyping-Tools wie Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Cloud & Co
Du nutzt KI-Tools bereits aktiv im Designprozess (z. B. für Ideation, Layout-Varianten, UX-Analysen, Asset-Erstellung, Prototyping) und hast einen hohen Anspruch an deren sinnvolle Integration
Du hast Erfahrung in aktuellen UX-Standards, User-Testing-Methoden und digitalen Design-Trends
Du verfügst über starke konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten und ein ausgeprägtes Gespür für Marken, Ästhetik und Nutzerbedürfnisse
Du hast Erfahrung in Micro-Animation oder Motion Design
Du bist qualitätsorientiert, strukturiert und arbeitest kollaborativ sowie interdisziplinär.
Du bringst technisches Grundverständnis mit und hast bereits mit No-Code-Tools gearbeitet, z. B. Webflow

YOUR TASKS

You develop creative UX/UI concepts for mobile apps, websites, and digital products – from the first scribble to the final design
You make meaningful, responsible, and efficient use of AI tools (e.g., for ideation, analysis, testing, and prototyping) and stay continuously up to date on trends and tools
You create sophisticated user experiences based on sitemaps, wireframes, prototypes, and user journeys
You design high-quality, user-centered, and responsive interfaces in Figma or Sketch.
You develop and orchestrate design systems, pattern libraries, and modular style guides – and ensure their consistent application
You lead creative reviews, coach UX/UI designers, and ensure high design quality
You work closely with strategy, development, and project management teams in interdisciplinary and agile environments
You plan and support user-testing processes – from concept to execution (including AI-assisted methods) and analysis
You create compelling presentations and confidently present your concepts both internally and to clients

YOUR PROFILE

You have a completed degree or solid training in communication design, UI/UX design, information design, or interaction design
You bring at least 4–5 years of experience in UX/UI design – ideally in digital agencies or product teams
You are proficient in common design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Cloud & more
You already use AI tools actively in your design process (e.g., for ideation, layout variations, UX analysis, asset creation, prototyping) and hold high standards for their meaningful integration
You have experience with current UX standards, user-testing methods, and digital design trends
You possess strong conceptual skills and an excellent sense for brands, aesthetics, and user needs
You have experience in micro-animation or motion design
You are quality-oriented, structured, and work collaboratively as well as interdisciplinary
You bring a basic technical understanding and have already worked with no-code tools, such as Webflow
